If you are not subscribed to receive the newsletter each quarter, you can easily sign up by clicking "Manage Your Mailing List" in your Provider Portal account. We also recommend that you check your Mailing List often to ensure the email addresses for your office are up-to-date.

MCNA's Provider Portal has been updated to include a new option for adding a Patient Control Number generated by your office to claims, pre-authorizations, and referrals as additional information. Please click here to learn more and get started using this new feature.

A new version of the Idaho Smiles Provider Manual is now available. Updates are effective December 15, 2022. Please download a copy of the Provider Manual directly at https://manuals.mcna.net/idaho.

You are invited to participate in Round 3 of the nationwide study sponsored by the National Council on Disability, which is helping to drive real change for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD)! In this last round, you will be asked to provide your input to build consensus on two major issues— Medicaid Participation and Treatment of Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). The HHS Office of Minority Health's National Standards for Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) in Health and Health Care is offering a free, online educational program that supports the delivery of culturally and linguistically competent services. Dentists, Dental Hygienists, and any other oral health professional interested may complete this e-learning Cultural Competency Program. MCNA encourages all network providers to learn more and begin the program on the HHS website.
