MCNA joins the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare to present important information for your office about the requirements for general anesthesia. MCNA has adopted new Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPGs). Our approved CPGs can be download from the Support and Downloads page in the Provider Portal, or from MCNA's website.

A new version of the Idaho Smiles Provider Manual is now available. Updates are effective July 1, 2023. Please download a copy of the Provider Manual directly at https://manuals.mcna.net/idaho.

As of June 27, 2023, two-factor authentication (2FA) is now required to log in to your Provider Portal account. This step adds an extra layer of security and helps to prevent unauthorized access. Please read our FAQ and step-by-step guide to learn more.
